* Easily Removed, by Sliding Sideways after Winding has been Completed.
* Place Band Around Boot and through Nose of Tool and Slot in Winding Body.
* Using a 1/2" Socket Wrench or by Hand wind the Band until Sufficient Tension is Applied.
* Rotate Handle over the Boot to Lock the Band.
* Slide Tool Sideways to Remove.
* Cut Band to Length and Tap down with a Hammer.
