* Easily Removed, by Sliding Sideways after Winding has been Completed.

*Place Band Around Boot and through Nose of tool and through Slot in Winding Body. Using a

1/2" Socket Wrench or by Hand Wind the Band until Sufficient Tension is Applied. Rotate

Handle over the Boot to Lock the Band. Slide Tool Free-end Down with a Hammer.
